A consultation is always the first step towards any procedure that you want performed.  A consultation provides you with an opportunity to tell us your goals - what you hope to have accomplished, how you want to feel, and what you like and don't like. You can ask questions you have about the procedure, including questions about the surgical technique, questions about your recovery and anything else you may be wondering about.

Virtual Consultations also allow us to learn about you to ensure we can provide you with the best medical treatment possible.  During the consultation we will learn more about your medical history, current medical condition, and your current physical shape.

How Do Virtual Consultations Work?

Virtual Consultations are handled over the phone, which means you can talk to Dr. Summers in the comfort of your home.  We will e-mail paperwork to you before hand. You simply fill out all forms and attach a few photos of your face and then mail the forms back to us. We supply step-by-step instructions.

Once we receive your files we can set up the phone consultation. During the consultation we will ask you any outstanding questions we may have and you can do the same.

How Can I Prepare for a Virtual Consultation?

When it comes time to fill out the forms you should have your medical history handy to help you answer questions. Your photos can be taken at your own home - they do not require a professional photographer or special lighting. We just need to be able to clearly see several views of your face and neck - we want to know exactly how we can help you so the more clearly we can see you, the better.
